  Before the owner sent it they completely deleted all the software in it, not sure if they intended to do so. I was unable to use the computer. I took it to Best Buy and they told me that they couldn’t help me and to just throw it away.

  Never saw this until now. You never asked me for any kind of help after the item had been delivered, and I specifically told you multiple times that the hard drive was going to be wiped before shipping. If you had just asked me, I could have provided you with everything you needed to get started, but you never did.
