Love it!

Good Product, Been purchasing several months.
This product is pretty good. Not too sweet, I do notice some boost in energy and helps a bit with cravings. Though this is all mental, and self control is key. I do see this is just an aide, aside from providing some Protein in my shakes. By itself with water or Almond Milk calms hunger for about 1-2 hours. With fruit and veggies calms hunger about 2-3 hours. Overall I like it. Does give me some energy in the morning.
