wrong unreturnable inferior color
it was not 2001 brand. each tube was a different color tube...pink, darker pink. but i ordered the framcolor 2001 as seen in the picture they are using as i write this critic. the color they sent did not hold and i have been using the product for 30 years, so I know what to order and I know how to mix and apply. i want to return it but they do not accept returns, so I am stuck with an inferior product that i will end up throwing away. i am so upset. anyone who colors their hair, knows what it is like when your hair does not look the way you want. its like wearing an ugly dress every day for a month!!!
