These things are great!
First off, I haven't tried this particular brand but I had one of these for years. The elastic eventually gave way to the elements but I have no complaints about how long it lasted and will be replacing it with, as far as I can, an identical one which has to say something about it.
Not so good for heavier items unless draped over the top but I used it for socks and underwear, t-shirts, light shirts etc. I never used the suction cups but would wrap the clips around the ladder on the RV and a nearby tree or, if raining, the RV's shower bar and the back of the door.
I have a kit of minimal equipment I use when I travel off grid (hand chain saw, rescue tape etc) and this is part of it.

Not quite perfect but pretty close.
I use this every day, got it second hand and a year later, it's still going strong. It doesn't keep the carafe warm so you'll need a thermos to keep the coffee in - drinking one real-sized cup leaves enough to exactly fill a 1L thermos and, due to the rising steam, you will have to wash and dry the grinder every single time.
Overall, though, I'm very happy with it and recommended it to my brother. Maybe not quite as good as I expected but my expectations were probably unreasonably high and it's excellent for the price.
Putting in an isolated burr grinder, carafe heater and better insulated carafe would probably quadruple the price so I can live without them.
Oh, and the timer feature is good for those early morning starts.

A taste of childhood!
You probably want to use 3 or 4 spoons per mug to get a rich, thick, tasty beverage. If you like malt, you'll love Horlicks but be ready for taste-overload - it doesn't pull any punches. You get a malt drink which tastes purely of malt.
Took some to work and shared a nostalgic moment comparing childhoods in India and the UK with some who also grew up with this but on a different continent. Right down to wanting it only lightly stirred so we could eat the malty gunk at the bottom of the cup! (Stir it well and you won't get this).
I've tried the instant just-add-water version and that's not so good. Go for the milk variety.
