Defective item

I paid to have these installed. They worked when I left the shop. When I got home, they no longer worked. I believe it is an item issue, and not installation. Half of the lights do turn on. One side is much dimmer than the other. I only had them on a few minutes, for less than 5 miles. It makes it worse that I had to pay to get them installed. The installation costs more than the part in this case. The best case scenario for me now would be to get a replacement set, and pay for a full installation again. Very bummed out.
