Good for my Alesis DM-10 electronic snare drum.
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this stand based on a reviewer using this on an electronic drum set. I to, needed a solid stand to replace the flimsy stand on my Alesis DM-10 drum kit. For this application, the stand worked well and was very solid. While this stand is not quite the quality of a stand of 2 to 3 times the money, I believe it has good value for around $33. The stand does sit high and I would closely measure the distances, to make sure that a full size snare would sit low enough for your kit. I am fairly sure that it would not have worked for me using a full size snare.
1 yr follow up: I have played on this stand roughly 50 times at about 30 min / time. While I never tear down the stand, it is still solid and I am very happy with the purchase. It is many times superior to the Alesis factory snare stand.
