Good Value, wish blemishes were better communicated/documented
Not a bad knife for the price. This will be my 6th Shun Premier as I slowly build out my collection. Great knives but this used one had scratches right on the shaft where I use my pinch grip which just distracts a bit from my process. The whole point of knives like this are to blend in seamless. An unfortunate wear and tear along with a small chip in the edge. Had these been documented, I'd have no gripe--but I also probably wouldnt have purchased. I also totally recognize, that this is the roll of the dice you play with used gear. Just bummed this knife play out this way as it's my go to knife style.
Oh well, now all I need is the Shun Premier Nakiri and I'll finish out my set.
