Very disappointing

The seal is very hard to open, the water spills when drinking because the hole is too wide. I bought this based on my family's recommendation but apparently there are different types of caps and this one is terrible. I complained but they would not replace it. Very disappointing, especially since this is a premium product with a high price tag.
