  This seller sold this exact item in duplicate from a different account. I bought both before I realized; I did get this one, but examining other buyers feedback, clearly this person makes a habit out of listing items multiple times under different accounts, a well known scam to inflate prices and against eBay policies. Although I did get this item I had to go through the hassle of opening a case and waiting for a refund on the other item, which was never delivered and there was no response.

  In 21 years of buying in Ebay this has been by far the nasty seller I have encountered. I purchased cameras not working all the time. These cameras were not wrapped but thrown all together in a box. Surprisingly only two were broken. I reached out. She said she would work something out but when I continued to reach out no response. I sent photos of the box & two broken cameras. She accused them of being fake photos. Rude nasty hateful response. Buyers beware.

  I waited two weeks for them to ship, then contacted them. After a few more days, they said they had refunded, they had not. Failed a claim with ebay and this forced a refund.

  Never received the item that I won on the bid With a lot back and forth was told the item was sold to different person it took even longer to get a refund. I wish eBay could filter out those type of sellers. By far this is my worst experience here

  Seller is a lovely, caring and helpful person. She was particularly accommodating when faced with an international parcel to prepare and dispatch. After some initial confusion, our communications were delightful and I would thoroughly recommend her to any buyer. I shall look out for anything she may sell in future as it was just like dealing with family. Five star score for each category.
