Best in class
This is my second Carezza machine. (I really abused the old one.) It seems to get hotter than my old one so the coffee tastes better and the steam/foam function is much better than the previous unit. It is a bit noisy to operate. When you consider that the next best unit is 2-3 times the price, you can't beat it! It is as easy to use as any other cappuccino machine. They are all a bit finicky, they all need cleaning. (I didn't descale my old machine and that is what killed it.)
