  Items were poorly packaged in a thin envelope and one bottle broke during shipping, contents fully leaked out. Seller ignored me for 2 weeks and then straight up refused to refund the one that broke. Wouldn’t recommend buying from this seller.

  SELLERS BEWARE - This Buyer tried to return empty bottle a month after purchase - she refused to make a claim with eBay buyer protection to get a refund and then left me negative feedback - All of our items a well packed in bubble mailers and we've been selling on eBay for over 20 years and never had an issue like this - She had no proof just sent me a picture of the empty bottle and not the package that she said was damaged. I'm not sure why she wouldn't get her refund through eBay- seems fishy

  The item arrived fast, but I had to return it because it was not the right item I have ordered, good communication and I got my money back, but the only thing I was not happy with is: I ordered 2 jars of 500g twice which will make 4 , the seller has sent me 8 jars of 250g , then after he has sent them he asked me if I accept them, he should not send them in the first place until I say ok, I had to go through the process of returning and I was supposed to send them as a gift overseas .

  We asked nicely if he would like to keep them anyway, even though we are taking a loss since they are actually more expensive then the larger tubs. We do this out of convenience for our customers - we always try to fill orders any way we can even if it costs us a bit more and not our customers.
