Windows 7 SP 1 Easy to Install and has been working fine for 10 days.
It was a new OEM and it loaded fine. All I had to do was at a specific point in loading was to choose to use the 100% automated phone install option and call a number that came on the screen and work with an automated computer voice to get authenticity numbers. So far it has been working great. It took maybe 3 to 4 days to get all of the missing updates but after that it seemed to stop showing updates. All has been working fine for the last 10 days (04/08/17 to 04/18/17.)

Great guide for when you and your Grandson get stuck!
This guide is the best thing for when my Grandson and I play this game and find ourselves stuck. The pictures and map help a lot.
