Melts in max heat setting. Dangeroous
1 of 1 found this helpful This item cannot withstand too much heat and melts in higher than normal heat like if you move the burner to max, it melts and once it short circuit my stove and burned the switch. I used 8 in one year (one just two burners) and it keep on melting and smells really bad. I have to use high temp for my cooking. Not even near to the original product. If you don't cook on max heat than you are ok and will not have any issue. Only recommended for low to medium heated burners.
