  I believe this seller had remorse about selling a card at auction closing price, which closed at significantly under market value. Seller added a bogus tracking # which never updated in USPS system. Seller tried to say they mistakenly shipped it w/ an old label and that this card went to an old customer from 4 weeks prior. Two problems w/ this falsehood: USPS tracking history goes back 17 weeks so "old" tracking label would've shown that history. Also, USPS won't ship new package w/ an old label

  You can use any label with postage no matter how old it is on a "new" package. And, you can reuse a reprinted copy of a old label already used, as long as it is not on the same day. I explained this in detail to you. A seller cannot create a bogus tracking # in the eBay item posting. The tracking # on your label never appeared in the PO records because I never used your label. I reused a label I had printed a month earlier. That was an honest mistake. I processed your refund immediately.
