No tools needed to assemble

Fiber seat slats are held in place by rivets and screws. Three screws fell out and cannot go back as the fiber slat holes are stripped. One of the seat slats is split at the end where the rivet was put in with too much pressure.

Poor Design

This is the 2nd resistor replaced in my 2012 Ford Escape in about two years. The substrate had separated from the connector.
