very limited use
the usefulness of the device is very limited. it is not useful for ALS patients and others. it is only useful for patients who have the tendency to get out of bed and wander around.

8 of 13 found this helpful The good side of the product is it is upgraded with regards to Operating system, the Hard drive capacity, Microsoft office is installed and the memory. The bad side is, it is a 6 year-old mac pro. It heats pretty fast and the battery doesn't last that long. The physical aspect is that there are more dents and dings than expected. The resolution is not as sharp.

my wife said that there is no effect whatsoever to her.
I would say that the claim is big that it disappoints the user thinking that what it claims is really true. It was expected to be true but when tried it wasn't at all. Maybe you should indicate in your claim that it may be effective to some but not to others.
