BEST skin product ever!
This cream is a godsend for many different skin problems. I've relied on it now for almost 10 years, to treat a very rare, painful dermatological condition, in conjunction with oral medication. I am so grateful that this is an OTC product throughout European countries--unlike in the US! If it's been prescribed for you here, you know that it is unaffordable and not covered by insurance plans. (Please note that ALL versions are made by the same company in Padua, Italy, so you are not getting counterfeits when you order from Europe.)
Aside from its first-aid/medicinal uses, it's also great for general skin condition/redness/wrinkles. I use a heavy moisturizing cream on top of it, but some people may not need to add one.

Amazing product that deserves serious study!
My review can only be anecdotal, but Neurosilk seems to mitigate my mother's Lewy body dementia symptoms. There is no cure for this progressive disease, and it is hard to assess because it is characterized by peaks and valleys. However, taking Neurosilk seems to reduce the severity of hallucinations and improve functioning overall. In contrast, every time we have run out of it, functioning plummets -- e.g., it took six tries to get her to recognize the date and day of the week. I would love to see a study done on patients suffering from the various types of dementia. Meanwhile, if you have a family member or friend diagnosed with one of them, it will not hurt to try this inexpensive supplement -- give it a few weeks to see if you notice any improvement. (It's a very bid deal, say, to go from answering the same question five times in an hour to answering it once in a day!)
