  NY Giants ceramic ornament arrived broken.Item was broken because it was sent in a box with no bubble wrap, styrofoam or padding inside. There was a 100 percent chance it would be broken.I reached out to seller with photo and asked for a refund.She replied that I would need to go to post office (she bought insurance ) and told me to sign an affidavit explaining the issue.I told her she should be doing this and issue me a refund. Worst transaction ever.Id rather throw it out then do all this.

  WOW - Not only was there bubble wrap but I had the ornament in a double box with additional packing material. I told you to either go to the post office since it was insured or return the item to me. Once received I would issue a refund. However that would mean giving the item up and since it wasn't actually broken you weren't doing that were you. As if I would just blindly issue a refund without the item returned. Sorry to call your badly played bluff
