Use a blender for 30 seconds
This stuff has 1/2 the protein as most products per serving. So what, have 2 servings. It costs a lot less, i find it adds body mass a lot better and it doesnt hurt my kidneys at all. After using the blender to mix it, let it site for a half hour or so. YUM. If you dont let it sit, it will be hard on your insides.
