Nasty taste but the benefits are worth it.
2 of 2 found this helpful I remember growing up my dad used to by this product to lose weight and give him energy and stamina while exercising. I purchased this product for a friend who has been feeling like himself and he loves it says it gives him energy and makes him feel better overall so I'm assuming it boost your immune system as well. The only thing he dislikes is the taste but everything else is working perfect.
