Fireplace Mantel Wall Shelf Beam 72" SLF0230115010

It works and has a nice appearance for the price.

This mantle is easy to install. It isn't a heavy duty, solid mantle, so don't plan on putting a heavy load on it. That being said, it is fine for hanging several stockings at Christmas, placing a couple of bookshelf speakers, a Buddha and a couple of other odds and ends on it, like we did. It works for that, and has a rustic appearance. We bought five anchor bolts and sleeves to install on a red brick fireplace masonry wall. It took just over an hour to drill the holes and mount the cleat and mantel. Use a hammer drill in masonry, not a regular drill; it will work 10x faster.

Pay a little more for a better one, or build it yourself.

Assembly instructions are not good. And the metal pipe inserts that joint the two-part base for the bottom (where the bout of the guitars rest) will BEND if you are not careful, thereby making it very difficult to line the parts up and secure the four screws to the two pipes that have cushion around them. It was a headache - BIG TIME! Other than that, the product is okay. Not as heavy duty as I would prefer, and prone to tip over if not careful.

A very cool movie for kids! My 5-year old daughter loves it and as an adult, I also am charmed by it. A winner!
