  I purchased an item from the seller, based on the item title I thought I was going to receive 5 decks as opposed to the one deck. I contacted the seller, communication was clear and professional and I received a full refund. The item that I received was well packaged and in good condition. Postage was through Ebay and was quite expensive due to it being an international purchase, this is beyond the seller's control as was the postage time.
