  Item not as described – seller refused refund I purchased a white iPhone 16 Pro Max case, but received a beige one instead. I contacted the seller, who claimed that “sometimes the colours are not right” — but refused to accept a return or offer a refund. The item was not as described, and the seller was unhelpful and dismissive. Very disappointed with the service. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

  I purchased this item and when I opened the package the see-through case was cracked up pretty bad. I immediately messaged the seller and they apologized and said they would ship me out another one right away with no questions asked just a photo showing the damage. Another one arrived about 6 days later in perfect condition! No extra shipping charges at all. I will continue to purchase from this seller in the future. Gary G
