Change Straps To Velcro
Very useful turf aeriation tool but the straps need to go. Get 1 inch wide velcro straps from any big box store and the shoes will remain on. Once you change those straps to velcro you will be able to effectiely use the shoes.

Replaces Dr. Amen's Brain and Memory Booster capsules (same thing)
Replaces Dr. Amen's Brain and memory booster formulation thats not on the market. Pretty much the same ingrediants. I like this formulation!

Raw B Complex boosts
1 of 1 found this helpful Very good B complex that gives you a really good B kick quickly. I only take a half dose daily---one capsule along with their 50 and wiser multivitamin capsules---half dose, 2 capsules. I didn't realize I was B deficient until I boosted it and noticed the difference.
