Because of the ebay email policy change, I have not been able to use the service the last two times that I have tried. Identifix cheerfully provided a refund in both cases, and the problem lies with ebay. I wish identifix would offer a portal directly on their website to accomidate DIY'rs that want to purchase the service.Follow-up from: 2***r- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Additional comment, formerly you could purchase the identifix service information with the option of talking to technichical assistance for an additional charge. That has changed and now the 30 day service information access is more expensive but includes 10 minutes of technical assistance. I have never found technical assistance to be helpful except in a dealer setting.

Having this saved me $1,000 when the power steering control manual was the problem and the power steering pump did not need to replaced like the mechanic said. Great help fir DIY’ers.
