  Wrong item was sent advertised as four hole with picture in add but sent was three hole , no use what so ever! So I got on to company that seemed to take 24 hours to get back to me each time ,the first time they got back to me ,they offered me a part refund ,which I didn’t believe was correct ,so I continued to argue my case and finally got a full refund. So all in all not too bad of an experience, but shouldn’t have to argue a case when wrong item has been sent and you have to contact eBay too!

  Arrived packed with other items brought from the same seller. The boxes were battered a bit and despite that the items inside were protected. Those look great matching the description. The items looks to be good quality. Arrived in good condition despite the damaged boxes. The postage worked out to be fine with the combined shipping. Good value. I am not complaining about the boxes for the inner contents were fine. Just maybe a little more packaging next time to protect them. Thank you.

  Excellent communication, good quality, shame I only received only 2 out of the 5 motors I ordered. Ripped bag with only two in it. Whose fault? Poor packing ?(only in a thin polythene bag)! and courier company? I suppose both a factor.

  The item is exactly as described and was despatched by the seller in a timely manner. Unfortunately the courier Yodel did not deliver the item within the specified time - there seemed to be a long delay when it got to Yodel's dispatching centre...... apart from Yodel's poor service I am pleased with the item and the response from the seller.
