  Did not pay the full postage when ask giving excuse like this is the cheapest on eBay and I pay postage and send me wrong item as well even I cover the postage when I open the return and I contact to eBay I got my refund scammer and u professional if you want to sell your item for more you should put it for more and try to send what you put in description

  We fixed the problem by refunding you in full. What we didn’t expect you to do is lie about getting the wrong item sent to you in the first place because you weren’t happy with the service provided to you to start with. It’s uncalled for since you’re a business that repairs phones to start with. You have blatantly lied and said I have sent you the wrong item when you just took a picture of two complete different items to what I sent you.
