The coin is fine, but.....
0 of 1 found this helpful As the title says, the coin was in fine shape, however, I was not aware that the US Mint packaging in 2006 involved a velvet pouch as opposed to the present insert card that holds the plastic holder. The coin I purchased has a crack in the plastic holder on the reverse side. The crack is around the edge of the holder and doesn't appear to be affecting the coin itself.
I had an extra OGP box for an uncirculated coin handy with the insert card so I transferred the coin and certificate to this OGP. As with all the rest of my collection, it's in my safe which has de-humidifiers, so it should be okay.
Other than this hiccup, I am satisfied. Good Job Liberty
