    Seller doesn't seem to be active on the platform. After a week of inaction, I reached out to the seller. They apologized for not noticing the order and promised to ship it out, but a week later the item still hasn't shipped. They also seem to be ignoring the refund request. Very unreliable, especially for such a small item that can be shipped in 30 seconds from a residential mailbox. I understand life happens, but the seller needs to pause their store and issue refunds if something's going on.
