I was caught off guard when you added me to WhatsApp, had the conversation with me to confirm my order prior to shipping and then you sent me multiple videos confirming all of the parts were working properly. All of the items arrived in a nicely protected box and all of the pieces were in brand new SRAM boxes. I am holding onto those boxes for a while BTW; makes my bike area feel like Christmas :).
