Superb sound, easy set-up, and Jimminie Christmas is it beautiful!

I was a little skeptical when I first purchased the Polk DSW MicroPRO 3000 Subwoofer because much of my High School and College days were spent throwing absurd amounts of money into Car Audio. Now, as I am addicted to Home Audio, it was tough buying a subwoofer because I had Car Audio as my frame of reference. The Polk DSW MicroPRO 3000 Subwoofer far exceeded all of my expectations in sound, set-up, and beauty. The sound is clean low accurate bass that is flawlessly timed with the rest of my system. Set-up was plug and play with a microphone that made it almost as easy as installing a pillow on my couch. Cosmetically, it is ABSOLUTELY one of the best looking subwoofers I've ever seen... the piano finish, integrated cover so you don't need a speaker grill, bass radiator located on the bottom (never pictured for some reason), and the little blue light on the PolkAudio logo are VERY nice finishes. The only... eh… just "ok" parts is the remote control. I'm honestly not sure if it actually doesn't work, or just doesn't work noticeably well. Once the Sub is set-up, you don't use the remote because it automatically goes on when a signal is present, and shuts off when not in use. Overall, a phenomenal subwoofer and after 2 months of research, I'm glad I got the Polk DSW MicroPRO 3000 Passive Subwoofer! Enjoy!
