Though, I paid a super expensive shipping cost to them, they still refuesed to refund some of the payment so I can replace the broken glass. I contacted them. They only respond once and saying somebody should have crashed the glass. Eventually I replaced the glass of the frame and it cost me $23. I have the receipt and can provide its details. I would like to Ebay to refund the payment that I made for the glass.
