Work well, could be just a tiny bit smoother

Works as advertised. It's a little sensitive at the mid-point. I haven't downloaded the software to allow setting "dead zones", which I think might solve that. The pedals slide fairly smoothly, but there's just a little 'jerkiness'as they move. Not sure if they could be plug-n-play; I followed the (simple) instructions and downloaded the driver first. After the install they showed up immediately in X Plane 11 configuration.
