Excellent filter cartridges

These cartidges were a real bargain in terms of price and quality. They fit the filter perfectly (no leaks around the edges) and do a great job of trapping even very small debris.

Great buy.

This works perfectly for my wife's psychology practice, allowing her to dictate her session notes. That, alone, makes the investment worthwhile. Beyond that, it is a useful adjunct to her iPhone. Its memory is sufficient for all her needs and the wifi allows quick access to the cloud and local NAS. Its performance met her expectations. The size allows her to carry it in her pocketbook. Although used, this unit was very well cared for and is in excellent condition.

Penn Plax Select Aerating Driftwood Plant Green Yellow 5x7 Inch

Penn Plax Realism

Like every Penn Plax product I've seen (which is a mere handful considering their variety), the Aerating Driftwood Plant has green and yellow "vegetation" and is easily mistaken for a live growth. The colors and formation are identical to their "live" versions and are well positioned on the base. Once immersed in the tank, they follow the water movement and is very attractive. The 5x7 size is perfect for my 29gal setup and the fish had no problem with it (once I got my hands out of their space). It's important that the product be set flat and not at an angle else the air flow gets released as large bubbles. I have the pressure set to produce a medium stream of bubbles... not too large and not too fast. Although I have a couple of small live plants in the tank, I also have a few other Penn Plax products (including a background) which look quite natural. This is an excellent product.
