Flat iron not so great
The steam feature is not consistent and kind of weak. You need to keep on filling it with water to full before halfway to keep it steaming. This flat iron pulls my hair when I run it through and it causes static.

Elegant Case but...
Great looking case (wish they had a black & silver case) It's flexible and thin, not a good drop protection case. Another problem, the charging port wire does NOT fit through the case hole. But I've carefully clipped the hole larger w/small snipping pliers.

Did not help
My hair is still falling and this leaves my hair very dry, damaged and frizzy. I paid $25 for the small bottle. These anti hair loss shampoos don't work. You need to focus on nutrition.
