  The Diamond solitaire ring is absolutely gorgeous. Ring was very well protected by the packaging. The paperwork came in folder no bends ,they were in plastic sleeves. It came sooner than expected.   All in all seller did fantastic. Only issues it the units are from early 2022 with a very old firmware that cannot update without getting Bobcat to push a firmware update. ( this is because they are new and unopened). ticket has been submitted and its waiting now. For anyone else looking the age of " new " is important, at this point id almost say getting a used one that has been on the network recently would be best.
