  I was polite and respectful. Made the payment on 16th July 3PM and kindly asked to deliver the game in order to arrive until 19th Saturday, because we are going away Saturday afternoon and it was a gift for a relative. Next day no updates, I contacted him and after that he told/show me that the post office is down. I kindly asked to please find an alternative in order to help us to arrive on time, and instead he cancelled my order with the reason damaged/out of stock. Nice practice, best regards
