Great!
I don't usually buy refurbished, but this product is discontinued and buying one refurbished from Bose seemed like the least risky of the options I found. I was relieved to find my Soundtouch 20 arrived promptly and was in excellent working order. I wanted this model specifically because it doesn't have microphones (Alexa) to listen to me all the time in my house. It took some effort to learn how to program everything to my exacting preferences, but it was well worth it. I love it!
