If you are in therapy and own no other book, own this
2 of 2 found this helpful This book is written in an easy-to-read style, with a short section for each day. No one day is more than a page or long, and some are far shorter. An easy way to begin your day, which is how I begin mine.
The topics are diverse, the words are carefully chosen so all are necessary, and the article gets straight to the heart of the matter whether it be codependency, indecisiveness, grieving over the loss of a loved one, difficult people at work, gratitude, love, or many other topics.
Once she makes her point very decisively, she leaves the reader with a one-line thought for the day to ponder or to work on for that day.
I'm not a big self-help book person but this is not your ordinary self-help book. This is a book which will open your mind to topics you may rather not think about and remind you that those very topics you have been hiding from are those things which are hindering your recovery. She may also open your mind to the beauty that we often forget about - the beauty of our world around us and remind us that if today is bad, to acknowledge that is where we are today and that tomorrow will be another day.
If you own no other book while you are in recovery, own this one. I was a complete skeptic - after reading the very first reading when it came in the mail, I was sold. May it challenge you as it challenges you. May it also comfort you as it comforts me.

Love it!
This watch is stylish and smaller with less bling than most watches. It's also easy to tell what time it is-perfect!

Definitely recommend over watches twice the price!
Definitely recommend the watch and the seller! I love my watch! I have been looking for a small and stylish gold watch for work and nights out. I finally found it! The Jacques Du Manoir watch is very comfortable and I get lots of compliments. I need to have a few links removed from the band; I may not have that done yet - I don't want to take it off! The watch was delivered on time and exactly as described. The watch is brand new and comes in a beautiful case, so it's definitely a great gift. The price is more than reasonable. I was looking at similar watches in other brands that sold for $160-220. In my opinion, this watch looks better than twice the price. It's kept time perfectly in the two weeks I've had it.
