Good at times.
I have many Pilot Prera pens but this is the first one with a CM nib. I'm currently having ink flow problems with it despite giving it a good clean and eventually removing the nib and feed and using dish soap to clean it.
The tines have been widened a little as well but it will still only write a few words or a couple of lines before getting dry and scratchy.
I've given it four stars as when it does write properly it is very good and I'm sure when I do get it working well it will be very good like my other Prera pens.
The ergonomics, portable size and lightweight make them the perfect fountain pen for carrying around.
Unfortunately with fountain pens they often need tweaking to write really well and my Pilot Prera pens have, up to now, been more reliable than most other brands I've used.

Excellent pen if you like very fine nibs
I like the Pilot Prera pens very much and they are excellent, reliable writers at a good price.
The Fine nib on this version is very fine indeed and narrower than most Extra Fine nibs. I use the Medium nib version of the pen most of the time and save this version for when very small writing (narrow ruled) is required or poorer quality paper when a broader nib would spread too much.
I've given this four stars as, for me , the pen is too fine and sharp on the paper much of the time.

Excellent as always
I like the Pilot Prera a lot and the Medium nib is the best balance for my writing style with a line like a European Fine nib. The only issue I have found, owning many of them, is that sometimes they can be a little dry out of the box. It is usually a 5 minute job to make them write wetter.
Otherwise I can't fault them as they have a comfortable section, really smooth nib, are long enough when posted and really solidly made despite the relatively light weight of the pen.
