Limb snapped in first week

When I first got the bow it was missing parts to put the stock on so they overnighted a new stock so I could get out and hunt with it . I used it 3 times in the last week and while in the tree stand this am while loaded the limb out of no where snapped ! Luckily it did not shoot the bolt that was loaded and the safety stayed on but it shattered next to my face 😔. It was cold out this morning but I can't imagine temperature should cause limb failure ....
