    Vendor contacted me shortly after item was shipped notifying me that the wrong item may have been shipped. I told him I would let them know once item arrived, but that I needed the item I ordered. He said I could keep wrong item and he would send correct item. I verified incorrect item was sent and vendor quickly rectified the situation by sending out the correct item. Received the correct item quickly. Great vendor! Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and received correct item!

    1st bad ebay seller experience. I purchased 3 retractable gates. The billing was very confusing, and I had to jump through hoops. Once I did & received & began setting up the gates, I realized 2 were the wrong size. I contacted the seller & he wasn't sympathetic. He wanted me to go through the return efforts. I didn't want to waste even more time so I told him I would just purchase an additional gate. He made me pay even more for the 4th gate than the 1st 3 even though this was his fault
