Plantronics CS540 Wireless Headset.

Excellent quality, big fan of Plantronics

I’ve used this model for over 15 years, I still own the original. I just keep an extra one on my desk charged and ready to go. You can simply buy a spare battery for times when battery is low. I don’t usually work more than 6 hours, so battery is not an issue for me. My full time agents tell me docking on lunch & breaks is enough to get them through the day.
