Begin at the beginning.
An excellent beginners book. Well set out with a large range of subjects. Old but simple recipes with a clear explanation of does, don'ts, safety and personal suggestions. Very easy to reference and a quick read. I liked it.

Sorry I took so long to get back to you, I had to give it a real work out. So far, I have baked a cake, made a seven course chinese dinner. I have cooked the perfect lamb chops , made lions head soup, made bread in my cast iron pot, done the perfect cereal on the low boil setting and done a beautiful irish stew. The lowest setting with a lid on the pan will do the perfect soft eggs. Don't know what else to try. I am more than happy with this product. I have had other similar products that either don't cook properly or burn every thing. I live in a garage with no oven or cook top, I thank god you have this product.

Sturdy, covers a large area.....
Computer chair mat. I love it, it's solid, huge, doesn't take away from the colour of my carpet and simply does the job it's designed for.............
