Test Drive 5 &6
I had test drive 6 in my younger days & played it hours on end. Playing it today the graphics are that awful early 3d and at night you can't tell the road from the wall on some tracks. But the police chase mode was something that is very fun and really set this game apart from other racing games. (That is really the only big difference between 5 & 6.) If you like PS1 games or are a fan of racing games, the Test Drive series is a must-have.
