Big and Spikey!
This is not one of the little tips that you use for cupcakes, cupcake, no siree! This thing is huge. And you know what they say: size does matter. I tried making churros with those smaller tips, but there was no way to make a nice plump chewy churro with them. This, however, works amazingly well. And it's a JEM, high quality and built to last. If you are drawing little lines or fine decorating work, forget this. But if you want to make it big, this is the one to get.
JEM 3M nozzle. Use a big adapter and a big bag. You'll go through the contents quickly. I'm sure you'll like it as much as I do.

Good professional quality silicone sheet liners
1 of 1 found this helpful I have Silpat sheets and these are nearly as well made. The difference is that the premium Silpat is slightly more rugged. These are good professional quality, and will last a long time, but not quite premium quality. Now that being said, these are really very, very good. I got a pack of three for less I would pay for a premium Silpat. I could have gotten six for close to the same price, but I don't have that many shelves in my oven where I could use them.
Anyway, these are highly recommended. Just one caveat emptor: be careful to get the right size you want, some are really tiny. Then use them and enjoy clean up bliss.

Great for most items
1 of 1 found this helpful The scale came mostly assembled, simply fold the arm up and attach the head with four screws and it's ready to use. Mine even came with the batteries charged so worked without even plugging it in.
The scale is accurate and repeatable. It has a "shake" feature which lets it lock into a weight even if it's shaking (like if you are trying to weigh your dog and she won't keep still). The display is clear and easy to read and the controls work perfectly.
My only complaint is that when weighing on the heavy side the base becomes wobbly and tends to tip if the load isn't perfectly centered. I bought it to weigh items of around 500 to 550 pounds (225-250kg) and it's a little difficult to use because the load needs to be carefully moved around until it's not tilting the platform.
Keeping that limitation in mind, I have no qualms about recommending this product. I'm sure you'll be happy with it.
