Exact fit and includes a new magnet.
It was an exact fit and also included a new magnet as well which was nice. The drain plug is also closer to the rear of the car on the pan so for the DIY mechanic that doesn't have a lift, when the car is up on ramps in the front it will drain well. The only potential issue I can foresee is getting the plug out could possibly be tough because it's a pretty small hex bolt. It has not leaked at all since I changed the fluid a couple weeks ago and it will definitely make the next transmission fluid change a lot less messy :)
