Better than Tabasco.
Don't know what the black bottle is supposed to taste like but I'm not a fan. It reminds me rubber tires. Maybe it's supposed to be a smoky flavor. So, in that case, it is burnt rubber tires/plastic. The Green and Red are tasty. Spicier and definitely thicker than your typical table Tabasco. They has the viscosity of salsa, I think. For me, they hit quick and leave a nice little burn on the tongue and palate.
