Works just like it should.

Quick and precise shifting, stable chain handling, and easy to use.
The bad:
The cage was stuck in place out of the box and it took a lot of force to free it.
The expected:
This rear mech is used on my street bike and so I added a barrel adjuster to the shift cable.
Very high quality piece of kit.
