    The book does help to balance our tendency to put our needs first if we don’t take it too far.
    Interesting but a bit extreme in suggesting all our reactions are self centered, which may be true, but that we can change that pattern and not be so sensitive to external and internal stimuli. I’m not sure I would want to give up my tendency towards self protection and boundaries.
